About us
Myriadi is a consulting and training company specializing in body image, diversity and inclusion. Through training, conferences and consulting, Myriadi aims to:
- prevent and reduce stigmatization related to weight and physical appearance;
- raise awareness of the harmful consequences of body image problems and stigmatization;
- inform about the links between positive body image and mental health;
- promote well-being and self-esteem;
- implement intervention strategies focused on body image and diversity;
- foster inclusive living, school and work environments; and
- disseminate knowledge throughout Canada’s Francophone communities.

Myriadi comes from the word myriad, meaning innumerable and indefinite.
The chosen company name features two “i ”s, one for body image and the other for inclusion.
